Refund Policy - Getsvision Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

At Getsvison Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to address your concerns. Please review the following refund policy guidelines:

Digital Marketing Services:

  1. Initial Consultation Fee: Any fees paid for an initial consultation are non-refundable.

  2. Monthly Service Fees: Monthly service fees for digital marketing services are refundable on a prorated basis. If you choose to cancel your service mid-month, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of that month’s service fee.

  3. Campaign Setup Fees: Fees paid for the setup of marketing campaigns are non-refundable once the setup process has commenced.

  4. Ad Spend: Refunds for ad spend will be subject to the policies of the advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). We will make every effort to facilitate refunds for unused ad spend where possible.

Website Development Services:

  1. Deposit and Milestone Payments: Deposits and milestone payments made for website development services are non-refundable once work has commenced on the project.

  2. Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your website development project before completion, any payments made up to that point are non-refundable, but you will not be responsible for additional payments.

  3. Final Payment: Final payments for completed website development projects are non-refundable upon receipt and acceptance of the finished product.

Email Marketing Refund Policy

  1. In addition to our general refund policy outlined above, we offer specific guidelines for refunds related to email marketing services:

    1. Email List Purchase: We do not sell any list

    2. Email Campaign Services: If you are dissatisfied with the performance of an email marketing campaign managed by us, you may be eligible for a refund of the service fee. Refund eligibility will be determined based on campaign performance metrics and adherence to agreed-upon campaign objectives.

    3. Email Template Design: Fees paid for the design and customization of email templates are non-refundable once the design process has begun.

    4. Email Sending Fees: Refunds for email sending fees will be considered in cases of technical errors resulting in the failure to deliver emails to a significant portion of the intended recipients. Refunds will be issued on a prorated basis for the undelivered portion of the email send.

    5. Compliance: Refunds will not be issued for email marketing services that violate applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to spam laws (such as the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States) and data protection regulations (such as the GDPR in the European Union).

General Terms

  • Getsvision Solutions reserves the right to change our fees at any time by posting a new fee structure to our Website and/or sending you a notification of the change by email.
  • You agree to pay for all emails you send from your account, even if messages are blocked by any third party (we have no control over your recipients’ email servers, ISP availability, personal spam filter settings, etc.).
  • Getsvision Solutions shall no guarantee of any open rate, link clicks. its naturally depend on your database and content .
  • We have 2 Days refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our service ,then you can ask for refund with in 2 Days after date of placing order.You should not have uses of more than 5% of any email credit plan. We need your refund request with 2 days with complete reason. We shall refund you 50% of your total value with in 90 days. (not applicable for bulk SMS).
  • We shall not have any refund policy for any discount or offer plan.
  • we don’t have any policy for change our any email credits plan to “SMS” credits plan and SMS credits plan to email credits plan. “email” and SMS both are totally different way to each other. please don’t ask for that
  • If a user violates any of the terms of this Agreement, we reserve the right to cancel accounts, or bar access to accounts, without refund.
  • If, for some reason, we are unable to process your credit card order, we will attempt to contact you by email and we will suspend usage of your account until your payment can be processed.
  • For All email plans of Getsvision (including reseller and super reseller plan) your email credits “roll over” and do not expire. However, if you do not log in to your account at least once for 2 months, your account (including all campaigns, lists, and other data) may be deleted permanently from our system.
  1. Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with details of your purchase and the reason for your request. Refund requests must be made within [number] days of the initial purchase date.

  2. Refund Processing: Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  3. Timing of Refunds: Please allow [number] business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  4. Exceptions: Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse of our services, violation of our terms of service, or other exceptional circumstances as determined by Getsvision Solutions Pvt. Ltd..
